What Happens After You Submit Your Request?

  1. Complete the Service Request Form
    Provide information about your property, service needs, priorities and preferred scheduling.

  2. Your Request Enters Our Booking Queue
    Your information is added to our schedule so our team can review the details and determine availability.

  3. Receive Your Welcome Package
    We will email you a Welcome Package containing:

    • Proof of insurance, our license, and criminal record checks

    • Information about what to expect

    • Preparation and service information

    • A custom quote

  4. Review Your Quote
    Your quote will be based on the information you provide. We may contact you if additional details, photographs or clarification are needed.

  5. Confirm Your Service
    Once the service details, pricing and availability are agreed upon, your appointment can be confirmed.

Custom Quotes

Every property is different. Custom quotes are available for homes or projects that do not fit neatly within our standard service options, including large properties, specialized cleaning, unusual conditions and multi-stage projects.

Providing complete and accurate information helps us prepare the most appropriate quote for your property.

Pricing & Service Minimums

Our standard cleaning rate is $50 per cleaning hour, per cleaner, unless otherwise stated.

A cleaning hour represents one cleaner working for one hour. For example, two cleaners working for two hours equals four cleaning hours.

Service minimums reserve the minimum amount of cleaning time required for the selected service.
The final time and cost may be higher depending on the size, condition and specific needs of the property.
