HOW BLACK HAVEN CLEANERS WORK
Black Haven cleaners provide services as independent subcontractors.
Cleaners tell us:

Whether they are available for recurring or project-based work
Suitable opportunities may then be offered based on client needs, location, availability, experience, equipment and demonstrated performance.
Applicants are not required to give up other work or maintain open availability. However, cleaners must honour the schedules and client commitments they choose to accept.
Work opportunities depend on client demand and suitability. Applying, completing training or earning an Academy certificate does not guarantee assignments.

Work Independently or With a Team
Depending on the service, you may work independently, alongside another certified cleaner or directly with a Black Haven team during larger and specialized projects.
Approved Products and Standards
Black Haven provides designated Black Haven cleaning products for all recurring services and clearly explains which products, tools and techniques are safe approved.
Support When Problems Arise
If you discover damage, unsafe conditions, unexpected buildup or something outside the scope of your services you are not expected to handle it alone. Black Haven provides a clear process for reporting concerns and determining the next step.
Professional Client Communication
Black Haven manages the primary business relationship with the client, including service expectations, pricing, scheduling changes and concerns.
Paid Practical Assessment
Applicants are invited to demonstrate their skills by completing a paid practical assessment. We respect that hands-on professional cleaning is real work- and we pay fairly.
Recognition as a Certified Black Haven Cleaner
Applicants who successfully complete the Academy, exams, screening, documentation, and practical assessment earn recognition as a Certified Black Haven Cleaner displayed on our website allowing clients to book directly onto your schedule.
This certification shows clients that you have demonstrated both professional knowledge and the practical ability to meet Black Haven’s standards.
