• Arrive prepared and on time

• Read all service instructions

• Complete the assigned scope of work

• Follow Black Haven’s established cleaning order

• Complete assigned rotational tasks

• Use approved products and equipment

• Protect surfaces and client property

• Prevent cross-contamination

• Treat every person and home respectfully

• Maintain client confidentiality

• Perform a final inspection

• Take professional completion photographs

• Complete an accurate service report

• Report concerns, damage or unfinished work honestly

• Accept responsibility and correct issues professionally

These requirements help ensure that clients receive consistent service regardless of which approved Black Haven cleaner completes the visit.

RECURRING CLIENT COMMITMENTS

Recurring clients rely on dependable scheduling and consistent service.

Cleaners choose whether to accept a recurring client. Once accepted, the cleaner is expected to support that client’s ongoing schedule and communicate planned absences in advance.

If a recurring assignment is no longer a suitable fit, Black Haven coordinates a professional handoff so the next approved cleaner can learn the client’s home, priorities and service routine.
