Use this checklist after repairs and decluttering but BEFORE photography, showings, or an open house.

☐ Wipe handles, locks, switches, and touchpoints.

Kitchen

If appliance interiors or cupboard interiors will be included in the presentation, confirm that they are part of the cleaning scope. Usually these tasks can be completed after photos, and before showings.
Bathrooms

☐ Clean sinks, counters, and faucets.

Bathroom details are often examined more closely during showings. Hair, residue, and streaks can quickly distract from the room itself.

☐ Remove visible marks from washable surfaces where appropriate.

Closets and Storage Areas
